TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY:
1. ORGANIZER
The competition is organized solely by:

2. PRIZE:
The prize is:
- a 7-day stay in our surf camp in Sidi Ifni, Morocco, in our Shared Apartment Dorm-room (upgrade to 2-bedroom or hotel-room possible)
- a 5-day surf course (Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced)
- our 7’6″ Culinario full board package including 7x breakfast and packed lunch and 6x dinner
- worth 1.068,- EUR
the travel dates must be between January, 12th 2025 (earliest arrival date) and April, 13th (latest departure date)
Arrival and departure as well as other chargeable activities are not included in the prize and must be organized and financed by the winners themselves. The prize cannot be cashed out.
3. ELIGIBLE
All natural persons over the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
4. PARTICIPATION:
Participation in the competition takes place by:
- Following our Instagram account Caminosurf.
- Liking and sharing the competition post.
- Commenting on the competition post.
Only if all three criteria are met the winner drawn by the deadline has the right to claim the prize. If the winner is unexpectedly eliminated, a new winner will be chosen.
5. CLOSING DATE
The closing date for entries is October, 25th 2024 at 19:00 CET. Late entries, for whatever reason, cannot be considered.
6. DRAW
The winner will be chosen at random from all comments. The draw will take place within 3 days of the closing date.
The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram and asked to respond within 48 hours. If the winner does not respond within this period, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen.
7. TRANSFERABILITY
If the original winner is unable to take up the prize due to illness, accidental injury or force majeure, the prize is transferable. The winner must inform the organizer immediately and nominate a substitute participant. A monetary payment of the prize is not possible.
8. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data collected as part of the competition will only be used to carry out the competition and will then be deleted. Further information can be found in our privacy policy
9. LIABILITY
The organizer is not liable for technical faults that could affect participation in the competition. Legal recourse is excluded.
10. CHANGES/TERMINATION
The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time or to terminate the competition for good cause without prior notice. This applies in particular in the event of force majeure or if the competition cannot be carried out or continued for other organizational, technical or legal reasons.
11. LEGAL
This competition is in no way connected to Meta AG Iand is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by any associated social media platform, in particular Instagram. The recipient of the information provided is not Instagram, but CAMINOSURF MORROCO SARL
